I pledge to have the uncomfortable conversations in order to understand racial issues historically and at present in the UK.

I pledge to continue to have conversations with my friends and family to ensure we create a culture of racial equity in and outside our homes.
I pledge to take action by engaging with Black, Asian Minority Ethnic families, communities and organisations.
