Lives of Colour G.R.A.D.E.E.S. inclusion strategy course has five modules which include insight, identify, investment, innovation and income to support organisations to build a sustainable and more inclusive workforce.
G.R.A.D.E.S is a Lives of Colour inclusion strategy aiming to address the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010. This stands for Gender, Religion, Age, Disability, Ethnicity and Sexuality and we also take account of socio-economic status. Lives of Colour adds Economic status, the extra 'E' because we believe this effects everyones' life chances.
Who is this course for?
This course is for managers and senior manager who are new to diversity and inclusion experience and want to improve their current understanding with a view to build an inclusive and robust workforce. Delivered by experienced trainers we offer workshops, webinars and one to one consultation sessions tailor made for you and your organisation.
